How to register (become a member), how to log in

If you have any automatically issued accounts provided by S-court related services (Custom Maid Online, etc.)

You can use the ID and password issued by S-court related services such as “Custom Maid Online” as a S-court account.
Access to log in page , type in your user ID and password automatically issued by S-court related services in order to log in.
You need to register officially by changing your ID to your e-mail address, if you would like to load S-court points without using S-court point cards.
Register officially from “ACCOUNT” on user page after logging in, and operate “officially register using e-mail address.”
*After the registration, you will not be able to use the automatically issued ID you have received before registering.
*Custom Maid Online for DMM is not affiliated with S-court and your S-court account cannot be used to login.

If you have not received an automatically issued ID.

Access to “register new account” page, type in accessible e-mail address (will become your ID), type in your password, and click on “send a temporary registration e-mail” after reading Terms of Service and if you agree.
You will receive a temporary registration e-mail to the e-mail you have typed in.
Please access to the registration URL written on the e-mail after reading the contents in the e-mail.
Registration is officially completed when you access to the registration URL.
Please access to the login page and type in ID (e-mail address) and password in order to log in.

Login with

If you link your account with Google, Twitter, or Facebook, you will be able to log in using your accounts from other services.
Moreover, you may not be able to log in if those services have been terminated or the servers are down because of maintenance.
Please carefully store your S-court login ID (e-mail address) and password, even if you intend to log in using other services’ logins.
However, you will not be able to log into Custom Maid Online using other services. Please use your S-court login ID and password.

How to register officially

There are several functional limitations when you use S-court account ID that is not e-mail address (account ending with @guest.)
You need to register officially by registering your e-mail when you would like to receive specific customer support, choose certain purchase methods, and deal with forgotten passwords, etc.

Log in to S-court using accounts automatically issued from S-court related services (“Custom Maid Online” etc.)
Please register officially by changing your e-mail address after logging in.

*After the registration, automatically issued IDs before registration cannot be used.

How to cancel membership

You can cancel your membership from this cancellation form after logging in.
*All remaining points that are loaded to S-court account will be omitted. They cannot be refunded.
*We will not charge you for canceling your membership.

How to load your S-court points, the maximum points that can be purchased, and expiration date.

How to load (purchase) S-court points with your credit card.

Click on “credit card” from “point loading” on the user page.
On the next page, choose the amount of points you would like to load, click on “confirm,” and access to credit card information enter page.
You need to register your e-mail address (official registration) to S-court if you would like to purchase points with your credit card.

About the maximum loading amount.

For each account, 50,000 points will be able to loaded at most.

About the expiration date.

The expiration date of S-court points is 6 months from the day the points have been purchased.
However, for the products below, the expiration date is 12 months from the day the points have been purchased.
  1. S-court points code attached to “Custom Maid Online Starter Pack,” the physically packaged product
  2. S-court points code attached to “Custom Maid Online Bourgeois Pack,” the physically packaged product
  3. “S-court points prepaid card” itself
It only applies to products that are products of initial production and not labeled as “6 months/12 months from the day the points have been purchased.”
The expiration date of remaining S-court points at this point (May 30th at 3pm of 2014) is a year after the last time you paid before May 30th at 3pm of 2014.)
Any S-court points that are closer to the expiration date get spent.
The expiration date is counted from the day after the points get paid. If the same date do not exist 6 or 12 months from the purchased date, it will get rounded up.

Change password

You can change your password from “change password” on the user page.
